We offer tracked delivery services via Royal Mail within the UK.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

 Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We’ve got you covered.

• Click & Collect is FREE from our boutique at:

 907 Leek New Road, Baddeley Green, Stoke-On-Trent, ST2 7HQ

• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 1–2 working days).

• Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/Credit Card – Pay securely at checkout

• Cash – Available in-store only for Click & Collect orders ONLY

Please note that cash payments are not accepted for postal orders.

 Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day.

 Missing or Delayed Deliveries
