Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with tags still attached
• Returned in its original packaging (if possible)

Please note:
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Earrings, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.



 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Just email us and we’ll happily help, depending on stock availability. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to avoid missing out.



 How to Return an Item
1. Email us at hello@frockstarboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and address details.
3. Package the item securely and post it back to us using a tracked service—we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.



 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.



 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@frockstarboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll make it right—ASAP.
